Deadbeat Company. Orders without paying

M & A Distributors contacted us in June to purchase electrical fasteners from us. They sent us credit information and requested information on buying from us. We contacted them, inquired about their business and sent them catalog and pricing information.

In November we received our first order from them. We contacted their credit references. We also tried contacting their bank but they would not release any information to us. After getting good information from their credit references we proceeded to ship.

When the invoice went 30 days we called to get payment information only to get a message that the phone was disconnected. We then called some of their credit references again only to have all three of them disconnected also.

They bought from us and then never paid.
