Both Are A Rip Off. Rip off, scam. Lost over $20K to a company that makes Billions! Don't do business with RBNA

We purchased 5 machines from a company that represented Red Bull North America (RBNA) in 2006. The package included 5 machines, product, locations, full support from RBNA, warranties and guaranteed price for more product and secure territories.

Before we ever purchased this franchise package, we called RBNA and asked them how we could get into vending Red Bull. RBNA gave us the name of the company they hired to contract out the franchise packages. RBNA told us that they fully supported this vending franchise and would help in anyway possible. RBNA told us their distributors would help find key locations and offer red bull at a guaranteed price. RBNA supplied us with the contact information for Creative Concepts of America (CCA) and who to talk with in regard to buying their vending program.

We contacted CCA a few days latter and talked to a guy named Ed (RBNA gave us his name). We asked all kinds of questions and we were given some reference names and numbers to call. Once we gathered all this information from Ed and the references that we called, we then called RBNA to verify once again. They again told us that the information was correct, and the machines are doing very well. We asked about support and again, RBNA said they fully supported this effort and this program was the only way to purchase the Red Bull vending machines.

Well, we come to find out that RBNA was giving vending machines to their local distributors and letting them place the machines in our so called secure territories. I caught one of their distributors placing a machine at a location and asked him how he received the vending machine and why is he placing it in my territory. He laughed and said Red Bull North America gave him the machines and that there are no secure areas.

We contacted RBNA and to this day, they try to push me off. They have sent quite a few emails to me and letters stating some interesting facts, that they latter would say they never wrote. They tried to buy our machines back at a huge loss and have us sign a contract stating we would never sue RBNA or any of their affiliates. They only way they would get us to sign anything is when they refund our money for the total purchase amount.

RBNA owes us a full refund of the purchase price of this vending franchise. RBNA has scammed a lot of money and machines for a lot of hard working people.

They flat out scammed us and we have the paperwork to prove this..
