X Box 360 Not Delivered as Promised - Fails After 2 Months

Their aim of 100% customer satisfaction is bogus. Their web site (before Christmas) claimed that these systems were under a 12 month factory warranty. They are not! They stated that the X Box would be delivered in a factory box. It was not! Our system failed after 2 months of use. These guys are a major rip off! Don't buy from them!
