Mattress Depot U.S.A. States on their craigslists ads and in the store that they are selling "factory seconds", when in fact the mattresses are actually returns. After some investigating we have discovered that the Sealy, Stearns & Foster and other mattresses they call "Floor Models" and "Factory Seconds" are beds that have been returned to the factory and then purchased by Mattress Depot U.S.A. Very misleading and dangerous. The mattresses have been in peoples homes and slept on, then returned to Costco or Macy's and in turn sent back to the factory and simply re-bagged and sent to Mattress Depot U.S.A. And they buy them for 70-80% off and sell them at the SAME price that you can buy new at Costco.
