Aka AA World Of Audio ripoff They will email to tell you how much to pay but they don't answer when you want the product

Placed Order for product on 2/22/03. Received a confirmation email confirming order, and the payment amount on the 24th of Feb. Paid with a Visa Debit Card from our checking account. Our accounted has been debited the full amount. About 1 week later I sent and email requesting order stauts and delivery info. No reply from Company. On the 18th of March sent another email and phoned company. Left Message on Company voice mail. No response. 3/24 sent 2 more emails and a fax and left 2 more messages on voicemail. I indicated that I was going to give him 2 full days to respond before I moved against his company. No Response.

The owners name is Chris Bradley. He used to do business as AudioVideoOne.com. The web address is still active with that name however he is using a new name called AA World of Audio.

I have done business with this individual before in July of last year. Same product even and it took appx 50 days for me to finally receive my product. It was not that he was just late in mailing it either. I had to call the State Troopers of Pennsylvania to go to his personal address and see what the deal was with him! He immediately called me and I got my product.

It was by accident that we are dealing with him again. My audio equipment was stolen. My wife decided to surprise me with new gear and by accident placed an order with this company again! What are the odds? ARRRRRGH!

I have found numerous complaints on the internet about this company. All very similar to mine. Most complaints are about unreceived products.
