Ion-audio ripoff, charged me but never sent product i ordered, don't know city don't know state

We ordered two drum pads to add on to our electronic drum set. We ordered the kit online at ion-audio.com, back in april. It is now july and we have not received any product. We were promply charged the $80 right after ordering, and have nothing to show for it. The website has not real contact information. They have no phone number or fax number. They give a website address in which i have written many many messages to and had received no reponse to any of them. They give an address but call in "snail mail" so i don't think i'll get much response from that either. They say they're working on their site, and will contact people regarding product that has been ordered. They are no longer taking orders... But have not contacted us, sent us product, or most importantly given our money back.
