Door cracking

The doorway body damaged round the front of the stove door and went along beneath the doorway entrance, towards the back of the seal. I purchased this at Lowe's and bought the warranty for 4 years.

I called Lowes On 1/12/09. After being planned 3 times for anyone to come - they do not appear, being guaranteed a call-back, being guaranteed a brand new doorway, a fresh mircrowave, since the cost of the door was nearly around the stove, they named nowadays - 2/18/09 to inform me that it had been a cosmetic deficiency which isn't included in the warranty. I expected them how they understood it was just aesthetic, because NO BODY had turned up to check out it. I acquired a little irritable together and requested to talk to a boss. I am still awaiting that phone.

I'dnot purchase the Whirlpool and that I wouldnot purchase the warranty from Lowes.
