QTS Quality Tech Datacenter Massive outages all the time - up and down daily with super high prives

We ha been there for a little over a year had had major issues from day one, The most frustration part is that they will never admit to any of the issues:

1: We haad major DNS issues for months with QTS the entire time reporting nothing wrong. The judt a few months ago the replaced all the primary DNS Serfer? (Seems odd)

2. There isnernet is is above a dial-up connection - up and down alll the time. Ou can call in but there are already 4000 pissed customers in queue'

3. Very poor physical security - Do not let the fancy eye scanner fool you. I have see floks walk on the the foll with no badge and stay in there for hours working on multiplt server rachs

4. Very slow responce team when you need help. Many hidder cost add up quickly
