Verizon Wireless cellular cell phone provide

I was a loyal customer of a local cell phone company called sure west for 6yrs, they were local unlimited at a flat rate 49.00 mo / for unlimited texting and unlimited minutes
in july sure west sold to verizon wireless and my phone bill went from $50.00 a month to well over 150.00 a month and more this last bill was 266.00.
When i brought this to there attention not only were they rude but they were charging me roaming and long distance, with sure west if the phone didnt work then you knew you were roaming, and if you chose to roam you would have to switch the phone over to roaming, appearntly with verision if i leave my county im "roaming"
then in november i went to a verizon to buy a new phone "stupid me" i picked a phone that was 80.00 with a 50.00 mail in rebate wich i mailed that night, its now february and i still have not received my 50.00
then i go to verizon tonight to pay my last bill of 266.00 mind you it was 170.00 last month and im on an unlimited plan for 39.00 yeah rite! They inform me that if i leave they will charge me 160.00 for breaking the contract, i said "i did not sign a contract with you i signed it with sure west" they said that when i purchased my 80.00 phone in november that was sold to me at the 2yr contract price, and when they had me sign the reciept that was actually a hidden contract, sneaky huh?
Now when i had sure west if i signed a contract they would give me a phone once they even gave me an ipod shuffle, so why would i sign a 2yr contract with the insentive of buying my self an 80.00 phone with an imaginary $50.00 rebate??? They are scammers i done and they can put there 160.00 up there you know what
