While attempting to load my grill I had just purchased, the sell associate that was assisting me drop the grill. I asked for an exchange and while preparing to service me, by getting some wrap to prevent the item from being damaged another associate by the name of Lester, detain Brad as if I was stealing or asking him to help. How stupid could one be seeing I had purchased the item. He then attempted to ask me why I did not want the grill.
I lost out seeing it was on sale a close to my home seeing I had rented their rental truck. Never could I ever
see myself going into another home depot! Gerald
