Defective merchandise... Rude managment

I have been a coustamer at this location for a long time and was at platnum satis and i had a washer and dryer combo set i had to return it for a minute but got it back and paid it off i received it to my home and tryed to use the washer and it didnt work they tryed to blame it on the drainage system at my house then it strated flashing a electric code they still ignored the problum i called there corp office and now it was taken back to the store but before it was i had a repaire man look at it and he said it was the washer on the computer board. Well the store manger (will) said if it is the pump im responsable for the repair. I dont see how cause the washer didnt work right from day one and they were in formed of it. They said once paid cash for it they wasnt repsonsable for it.
