Michael hatchel sold me a none working washer and never delivered the drye

This guy sold me a washer and dryer. He goes by appliance mart. Well he brought the washer and stated the dryer was in nashville and said he would have to go get it the following week then it would be delivered. While waiting on the dryer i found out the washer didnt work it had a bad water valve and a bad drain pump. The set was a whirlpool duet front load. I told him the washer wasnt working. He did say he would fix it. But then things started to turn bad. So i ended up spending 165.00 to fix it. Every time he claimed he was going to deliver the dryer he never showed always an excuse. He then got to the point he wouldnt even answer his phone. We called and left voice mails we text him. He would never return tect or calls. Its now been over a month and i yet to still get this dryer. I finalley got him to answer tonight cause i said i would send the sherif out to him. He claims he has told me to come get this dryer or my money back witch is not the truth. I even sent a freind over the last 2 days to get this dryer and he never showed to give it to him. Even thow the deal was he was to deliver it. When i asked him about delivering it he stated he didnt want to come to my smelly house or something in that nature. Witch my house does not smell. So i gave him a choice he has 24 hours to send me my money back or deliver the dryer. Other wise im just going to the sherif on it for i have a signed receipt from him stating washer and dryer paid in full. If you dont want the heart ace i have had with this guy for over a month. Do not do buissness with him at all.
