Does This Company Still Exisist no response via email, no calls back, full voice mail, poor products, poor customer support

I purchased a VOX external hard drive through Micro Center which failed 6 months later. I have been trying to contact VOX for the last 4 months via email and phone. Nobody ever picks up the phone in any department or returns emails or phone calls. Not only from me but Micro Center as well. So much for a one year manufactures warranty, they may finally call when the warranty is up. There products I do not recommend for back up as I have now lost everything stored on their crap. What a sham!
