Purchased a Dell laptop from Micro Center, less than a year later it broke and had to be fixed. Customer service took over three weeks to finally send me to a local computer store to have it fixed. They took two weeks to fix it, and two months later it was broken with the same problem again. I am sitting on the phone right now, and have been on hold for over twenty minutes, what a joke!!! No help from supervisors or manager either... Bad choice to buy my laptop from micro center.
