Gives false out-of-paper messages, impossible to communicate the problem for correction California

I've an HP Photosmart C6280 printer. Often it offers a note the device has gone out of paper when certainly it's laden with document. Then I've togo through the movements of reloading document and push the OK button.
Numerous instances I've documented this issue towards the organization and recommending solving it. I discover that speaking this to any team is difficult.
