Ripoff take money from an account not mine and then penalyze my accounts

Fifth Third Bank is dishonest and a rip off in a large way.

They took money out of my husband and my personal checking account because my husband's name was on my mother in laws account along with his brother and sister, both who have stolen money from my mother in law.
Whenever the account would go into the red, they would take moneyt from our personal account.

I closed the account and was told that all transactions were cleared at the time.

I set up a situation that enabled me to pay my bills under a legitimate service from my bank. I said that the transactions were ok by us.

In the meantime I tried to set up with a company that paid all of my bills. I received a false email that I was unaware was false and gave all of my personal information as well as my accounts payable and personal bank info.

The account that was not mine; the inlaw account was somehow confused with mine and money was taken out to pay the bills (I think) that were ours. When we found out, we notified the bank and I thought that they would not tamper with my old account that had paid the bills that were mine to pay.

They have reversed the bills that were paid a month later and put the money in the inlaw account and our credit cards are without payments that were actually made. The money is gone and we have no transactions to prove they were made. Fifth Third is telling me that they have no record and that their computer is saying that they have the correct info.

I have told them they do not. They are telling me that their records are more credible than the fact that they have somehow lost over 3000.00 of our payments we made and we are not able to prove this.
