Digital ultrasonic cleaner - Sharpertek Digital Ultrasonic Cleane

I purchased a professional Digital Ultrasonic Cleaner made by SHARPERTEK from jewelsmall@sbcglobal.net. I purchased this item as a Christmas gift for my elderly parent who lives in a different State than I. Due to hospitalization of my parent, I was asked asked to return this item as it would not be used. After trying to reach jewelsmall through internet and received no reponse, I called them. I was told that my return date has expired. When I called it was less than 30 days after Christmas. I was informed that I should have looked up their return policy. The return policy was not printed on any forms sent to me. This company appears to be working out of a home. I could hear the gentleman who answered the phone yell out to someone to pick up the phone. I would not recommend anyone purchase from jewelsmall if they can't afford to accept returns.
