First of all, if you have no problems with T-mobile, I want to say good for you and congratulations - Because they are making my life a living hell. I am glad that not everyone is in my shoes but I hope that what is happening to me won't happen to you.

My plan is a nation wide plan, where I get 250 minutes a month and free weekends. However for the last few months they have been charging all my phone calls Roaming charges. My bill came to me at almost $400.00 when I didn't even finish my minutes one month. I called in and they credited my account. Great, I thought it was over. For the next four months, they continued to charge me Roaming, my bills were hundreds of dollars every month - and I didn't finish my minutes.

I called in again and again and again, to make sure they would correct the problem. They didn't. Also, because I was getting billed the wrong amount I would only pay my $29.95 plan plus tax. But they called me almost every single day asking for their few hundred dollars in bills. Everytime I would have to tell them to look at the screen and see that I am being billed wrong and that my file has been sent to upper management for correction. They always apologize and say it will be corrected. I spoken with several supervisors, all of them say the problem has been handled. They have wasted over 10 hours of my time in the last few months just talking to them. They called me on valentines day, during my romantic dinner and would not get off the phone. Not to say the disturbance they are seriously causing me.

The worse part is, they won't give me back the money I paid extra.in one conversation I found out that they billed me $15 more for the last few months on tax. Because the incorrect roaming charges were so high the tax was high. They never adjusted that, and in one case the lady lied to me and said that $20 of taxes a month is normal on a $29.95 plan. I just ignored her stupidity and laziness to change the problem and called another rep. Still they won't give me back my money. Nor will they credit my account even though they admit they are wrong.

The worse part is I have moved now, and they won't change my address because they say I owe money, and when they look at the account they say, "Oh we are sorry, for charging you wrong, but we need to wait for the people above to correct your problems." This has been going on for four months. I am so angry at all the disturbance they are calling me, and the fact their miscalculations are ruining my great credit. I don't even know what they owe me now. They keep on calculating the sum to be wrong more and more.
