Computer rebate rejected as returned, resubmissions lost repeatedly

I got up at 4:00 in the morning, the day after Thanksgiving to take advantage of the special rebates on our computer that equaled up to $500!!! Got home that day hooked it up and sent off our rebate forms to the tee! We received in the mail that our rebate was not valid because we had returned the computer. The same one I'm typing on now!!!

So off to our local Best Buy we went and had them fax off our info to there "rebate center" with the managers name on it... It got lost! But a miracle happened we got $100 in the mail but we have to resubmit in order to get the rest., we did... It doesn't exist again! So I have to wait till March 8 for some strange reason to resubmit again and if that doesn't work on March 15"the deadline", we are past the date to get our rebate!

I have called to see if they received our fax both from us and Best-buy and they can't tell me! Nor can they tell me the phone # of the rebate processing center in Maine!!! In Missouri we say Show-me! My next letter will go to the attorney general of Missouri and Show him! Resubmit my ass! Well keep you posted!
