No refund given, no product delivered. RIPOFF! And they do not follow up on work order complaints

Stay far clear of this company. They lied about the item being in stock for a UPS red delivery, they missed their promised delivery date, and when I demanded a refund they indicated it could not be an electronic refund, rather it had to be paper check via snail mail.

Two (2) months later, no refund check and after repeated emails to the saleman, several "work orders" from their website, I'm convinced they are rip-off artists.

I've got access to a leagal team that'll be applying some pressure... Good luck to all of you who were caught up by their fancy website! What a shim-sham this has been.
