I ordered a canon sd880is and did not receive any emails confirming my order for 5 days. When i did, it was an email asking me to call to confirm my order. When i called to confirm, they told me the camera comes with only a starter battery and would i like to purchase a battery for $89 and a charger for $89. I told them i hadn't expected to have to buy more and would any lithium battery work for the camera. When i would any question i would just hear silence on the other end. Finally i would say "hello, are you still there?" he'd say "what did you say" i'd ask him again and again silence. Finally he just hung up on me. I called him again and told him i wanted to cancel my order and he hung up on me again. This is the worst customer service i've ever had. Do not buy from them. It's not worth it!
