Projector Lamp Center
Billed for product that was never delivered

I ordered a Panasonic PT-D3500U projector lamp and was informed the item was in stock. I was billed at the time of the order and promised delivery within 3-5 days. With each follow-up phone call to complain of non-delivery, I was promised a delivery the following week.

The company can no longer be contacted directly by phone (suspicious?). The only contact with the company is now through a live chat.

The item was originally ordered in July. I am still attempting to obtain a refund.

I can only conclude that this company is bogus and a ripoff.
