Failed to deliver, failed to refund as promised

I would never do any business with Projector Lamp Center. I do not know if they even provide products to anyone.

I ordered a product (television projector lamp) one month, no delivery and offered refund two months later, it has been over three more months and in spite of complaints to the company and the BBB they are not refunding as promised in an e-mail from them. This promise of a refund was made when they actually answered the phone. Now you can only reach an electronic help desk with patronizing responses.

There are many complaints floating around. On this site (usacomplaints.com) I noticed some postings from people claiming a good experience with Projector Lamp Center. Is is possible that claims of good service are false? I can not know. Based upon other threads, including their own helpdesk comments at SageRyder, Inc., this is a common complaint. They have simply kept money they withdrew from my credit card before they shipped a product they likely NEVER had. I made the mistake of waiting too long to head it off with the credit card company because all of their responses seem appropriate. It turns out that they just put you off until they wear you down and they keep the money they withdrew. Very sad that there are companies with this tactic.
