I am charged and punished for their carelessness

Electronics and household app.

I upgraded my phone in October. Tmobile sent the wrong phone even though the correct model was on the shipping paper. I called for return authorization and promptly returned the wrong phone according to instructions via USPS priority mail.

No insurance was required by Tmobile. I had to pay shipping even though it was their mistake. I have documentation for the parcel. It was tracked to Atlanta where it ends.

Tmobile says they never received it and USPS can't find it. Many many phone calls to both Tmobile and USPS with no satisfaction from either.

Tmobile has billed me for the phone. I refuse to pay for something I don't have so they disconnected my service. I've been a customer for 6 years and currently have 5 phones through them.

Bottom line they want me to pay for their carelessness and since I refuse to be pushed around they punish me. The shipping should have been paid by them. They should have insured the phone. They should have at the very least admitted to their mistake and accepted the expense for it. The issue is between them and the USPS. The phone was in the care of USPS not me.

I don't care about, need or use credit. There are many other providers out there and I will never, EVER, pay Tmobile another penny until and unless this is resolved in my favor to my satisfaction.
