I have never received my item from this company. I also can not actually talk to a person about this. They direct you to an e-mail address. I did receive two responses to my e-mails. One message indicated I would receive a tracking number... I never did. The next message said my item shipped... And I still have not received it. I found this company via Bizrate... And now I cannot find them liated on the Bizrate site. I wonder what kind of scam this is. I paid using Paypal... And I am starting the dispute process.
