Discrimination by employee

On december 22 i went into the inglewood rent a center store. I inquired about how to purchase a sectional (living room) set. After speaking to jason a customer service clerk. He checked my references i gave him my paycheck stub, social security card and driver license. I called the store and spoke with mario on that day and he said that the sectional sofa that i wanted was at another store and that they are trying to get it back.

So i went to work, on december 23 i went to the store at exactly 14:45 P.M. (2:45) and spoke with mario and he said that we got the sectional back from the other store i am just typing your order. So that we can deliver it!

I told him that i am five minutes from work and that i could not wait. And i would call him in fifteen (15) minutes. At 15:15 (3:15) P.M., my fiancee' was in the store she said that we had needed a refrigerator. I told her to hand mario the phone since he was typing up my order. I asked him how much was it to put down because i wanted the 90 day same as cash. He told me $105.00. I said can my fiancee bring me the application and then there was some discussion as to could i put it on my credit card. Then a bizarre turn of events took place. He suddenly said that he could not do business with me. And i called back to inquire why? He did not say and he hung up the phone?

Not once but 3 times. The fourth time i called back he said that there is conflict of interest and i said why? He told me that my fiancee who was once married was an ex employee, and i said what does that have to do with me?
So i rushed down to the store and my stepdaughter and fiancee met me there and then pandomonium occurred. Mario began challenging me customer to a fist fight and began arguing with my fiancee. And the bottom line to the story is that my fiancee's ex husband and mario worked at another store together he recognized her and discriminated against me
