I bought product from sonic electronix on October 06. The merchandise worked for around 3 months, and simply quit functioning. I approached the return and guarantee division to inform them of my damage. They explained to check the merchandise atleast three times, and recommended a number of different methods to guarantee the item was in fact no longer working.

After many calls, show act, and needing to show their consultant the item didn't function; lastly, they decided to take the merchandise giving mean RMA#. I delivered the merchandise back on December 19th and obtained verification by mail they obtained the merchandise on December 4th. I named on December 5th, a Friday, to check on the standing of the RMA. I had been informed that when their vender found pick up and confirm the item, the next Monday, that I'd be released a shop credit since item was presently sold-out.

After no expression for 3 months I approached them nowadays, December 22nd and questioned why I'dnot obtained the store credit. Their consultant mentioned that I'd not have the ability to get a shop credit since the merchant hadnot acquired the item. Sonicelectronix sent me unreliable gear, hassled me towards the severe to come back the product, today I've waited more than 20 times in order for them to make a move to treat the problem, i.E. Deliver me a functional product, return my cash, or provide me a shop credit; they've didn't do something.
