Sorry ripoff company that takes your money without giving you service

I called to try and see what kind of options they had for phone services and what different things come with it such as three-way calling, caller id, etc. I spoke to a person with a heavy accent and could not understand him. He explained to me some of the features that come with the phone service and was eager to get my information. I was asking a whole mess of questions and he kept interrupting me to try and get information regarding my bank account and personal information.

I needed the services at that time so I gave him my information and when he "assured" me that they would not debit my checking account until I got internet service. The next day my account was short that amount and I tried calling them and they kept transfering me to different people.

I finally called my bank and they told me to return the item they sent me and I explained to them that I did that already and no refund has accredited my account. The bank didn't even give me my money back. Do Not Order Anything From VONTAGE they are truly a ripoff!!!
