Total ripoff! Two months and will not respond to communication for payment nor return phone

I sent in my phone on 10/3. I have sent in numerous communications and someone by the name of "Cassie" has responded a few times..."We will take care of your payment this week"."Your phone has not been received, but I will physically look for your phone myself".

I have asked numerous times for payment and/or the return of my perfectly working phone and am flabbergasted that a company of this nature is allowed to continue to operate.

Do not utilize this service as they are not reputable, will not respond to correspondence and they do not update their website. Cassie indicated that my phone was received and payment would be taken care of and I have not heard from her since.
