Service trading your used/old cellphones for cash

In September of I sent three (3) cell phones to ibuyphones.com in return for $50 which was to be sent to me upon receipt and inspection of the phones. Their professional looking website showed the receipt and approval of the phones and then eventually showed that the $50 payment was processed and paid.in the meantime I have never received payment and three (3) e-mails to their customer service e-mail address have gone un answered. If this is a legit enterprise as their representative likes to point out on complaint and report sites than I challenge them to contact me and reply to my e-mails. I will again send another e-mail to see if they respond.
