Failue to pay for 2 excellent cell phones sent

On April 10 I ordered a box from ibuyphones.com for a Motorola V3i-RAZR and Motorola Z3-RIZR cell phone which I was selling. Their web site shows these were received on April 26 and sent then they have shown the payment as processing. No check has been received as of June 27 and they have not responded to my 3 e-mails requesting the payment they agreed to of $25.00 for the 2 phones. I have copies of all correspondence as well as pictures of the phones.
