IBuyPhones.com Sent in two shipments and have never been paid. Emails are not responded to

I sent in two shipments of old devices to this company nearly a month ago, and still have not been paid for either. The devices range from older flip phones, to numerous Blackberry's. I realize now that it was stupid to send in the second shipment before receiving payment for the first, but I was trying to clean out some old devices that were never going to be used and selling them to IBuyPhones.com seemed like a good option.
The first shipment was sent out on 08/11, and those devices were marked as "received" on their website on 8/19. When I saw that these devices were already marked as received, I assumed that this was a reputable company and went ahead with the 2nd shipment, which was received by them on 08/27.
All these devices work perfectly and meet all qualifications mentioned on the company's website, and the total quoted price for the devices that I sent them is over $400.
I have send 5 or 6 emails to all of the email addresses listed on the company's website, and the only response I received was a very short email a couple weeks ago that simply said "Your Check Should be Sent Out Shortly". (I still have not received anything, and the status of the payment on the company's page says that it is "processing").
If it is normal for it to take this long that is one thing, but the website says that you can expect a check to be sent 3-5 days after the devices are received. My first shipment was received 3 weeks ago, so we are well outside of that time frame. Once again though, I could handle this if they would just respond to any emails letting me know what was going on, and give me a firm date of when a check would be sent. The fact that all emails are ignored and there is no phone number listed on the site has be very worried that this is a big SCAM.
Also, if this situation is rectified and I receive the payment that I am owed, I will gladly post an update on here.
