Referral $50 Visa Gift Cards Never Received After Signup

I subscribed to DirecTV in July and was given a card by the installer to get new subscribers. In return, the person I recommended and I would get a $50.00 VISA gift card.

I got my neighbor to sign up on Sept. 1st, and neither she nor I have received our VISA gift cards. I have contacted them through email 6 or more times since Sept. 22 and have not gotten anywhere with them.

The card that the DirecTV installer gave me has a phone number to call to connect, and we would both receive the VISA card. It also has a promo code on it for new referrals to use when they sign up for service, which she did. When she had hers installed, the installer told her that it would be a couple of months before we received our cards.

As of today, Nov. 28, neither of us has received our VISA gift cards.
