Total Ripoff - They changed my meter out because they said it was outdated. The technician never reset the new meter and I was charge $350. For 1 month of service when I had been charged no more than $150. For a month of service

Bessemer Utiltites is a total ripoff - They will over charge you for services you never used and will not call you back or let you know what is going on if you call with a problem. They will just turn around and bill you again. What choice do you have other than to pay them or be without power!!!
