I bought a The Wine Enthusiast Quiet 48 Container Double Door Wine Refrigerator (2-Temperature) (Stainless Trim Door) about 1 5 years before. About a few months before the left-side of the fridge quit functioning. I approached Wine Lover on October 16 to ask regarding if they had had this issue before, of course if they might suggest a business that will repair the problem at my cost. I obtained a processed mail reply stating they'd react within 24 hours. They didn't.

On Oct 28 I delivered exactly the same criticism to Wine Lover, this time around requesting the info even be delivered to Mr. Adam Play, Chairman of Wine Enthusiast Businesses. I again obtained the processed e-mail that I'd get a response within twenty four hours but once more received nothing.
