Very Rude Seller, tells false info& trys to scam you when u refund something& lies and says ur harrassing him

I wanna make a complaint on this ebay member. I bought a unlocked sidekick off of ebay from this guy his name is Steve Ludwig and He said that i would be able to put ring tones on the phone off of computer and then take pictures off of the computer and put onto phone and make as a wallpaper and wasnt able to do that eathier. Well before i bought the phone i asked alot of questions about the phone cause it was 425.00 so of coarse im gonna ask alot of questions. So then i bought it and was having trouble with the warranty comes to find out the aquare trade warranty was only for a year and The seller told me it was for 2years. So when i tried to askhim about it he got all pissy and made and stuff. So When i got the phone i wasnt able to get the ring tones and the wallpaper and he got all mad and wouldnt even try and find out how to do it. He said he heard of people being able to do it. I said well that is what u should of said instead of saying yeah u can do it. So then i was having problems with the buzzin gin the speaker and asked to just exchange it and he insisted that i just return it and then he said that he would refund me and he charges a 20 % stocking fee. Well i contacted paypal so i couild get my refund of the 425 and the 7.85 for shipping. So Seller finally agreed to refund me that amount if we didnt leave feed back for each other. Alright cool. So i noticed that the phone was in unit in daytona florida. So i was thinking he should eathier get it today or 2morrow. He says that they only do refunds on monday so it it arrives 2morrow i wont get refunded till next monday ok that isnt fair. So he got all mad and i said i was gonna contact paypal so he issues a parcial refund of 400.0o when i paid 425 for the phone and i already sent it back to him and he already agreed to refund me 432.85. He said he changed his mind on refunding me that amount. Alright it doesnt work that way. So i contacted paypal and they said he cant do that that he will at least have to refund me the 425. And iw ould have to work out the shipping part with the seller. But the seller did say he would refund me that amount. He called me names like a spoiled princess and said that i threw tantrums which was total lies. He said i was harrassing him which was a lie. He made up lies about me. Paypal said he could of just went into his account and just clicked refund and if he didn tknow how to do that he could of just called paypal and did the refund over the phone. They even thought he was in the wrong. So now paypal is investigating this... So hopefully ill be seeing all of that 432.85 if not then i will get the 425 for sure. Well that is what paypal said. But i wanna report this guy... I think his feed back is a bunch of lies cause when he sends the item he puts a peace of paper with the item and it says leave me 5 stars and if u do ill give u 10.00 off u next purchase. That is like wrong and paypal agreed. I am just writing u guys to see if there is some way to get him kicked out of ebay or to just let u know so u can let others know about this seller. He is a very unpatient seller and trys to blame everything on the buyer and hes like bribes people to put good feedback on him and he trys to scam you also. And he makes up things about thephones. He claims to be into the cellphone market but knows nothing about the phone or the warranty that u can get with it. Kinda wierd right? Thanks. He tried making me look like the bad person when i was just asking questions. Yeah i might of asked alot of questions but it wasnt harrassing it was asking questions about the item and then when i did get the item i was trying to ask questions about the item he got all mad and wouldnt help me out really. Then there was like a buzzing in the ear and he was calling me a liar pretty much and my friend said her sidekick never did that. So i returned it to him and put a tracking number on it. He agreed to refund me 432.85 and he was trying to get out of it. If ur a seller u need to expect that ur gonna have people that ask alot of questions and have patience and to know more about what ur selling also and about the warranty also. He like didnt know anything and wouldnt even try to find the answer whenever he didn tknow a question i asked.
