Poor customer service

I named NSI, the supplier of our warranty on our Frigidaire machine, because of the drum going around. It was on Oct. 12. The very first fix organization didn't emerge until Oct. 20. He explained he had a need to purchase components and might return in per week.

24 hours later NSI calls and claims the repair organization couldn't identify the issue plus they had a need to deliver the repair to a different store, A&E fix.

The corporation arrived on Oct. 23, stated he had a need to purchase components and might return on Oct. 30. I established our visit on Oct. 28 and Oct. 29. On Oct. 30, two hours before these were to exhibit up they named to stop. They stated they might not organize to possess two technicians at my home in the same period. I contended and struggled together for around two hours. They WOn't give a quantity due to their corporate workplace. They let you know to create a notice.

I've now contact NSI to need they are doing anything about that. NSI is really as ineffective Like A&E. I'll never buy another equipment guarantee that's associated with either organization.

Our next thing would be to document a customer problem using the Tx Better Business Office. After some study it appears I am not the only real individual these businesses have didn't support.
