Complete ripoff! Bad phones, Bad Company, Bad Customer Service!

Where do i start. Lol. This is actually the second time i ordered from this company. The first time i didnt have any problems. However. This time. They have completely tried to screw us over!!!

These phones are nice but are obviously refurbished!!! We've had them for 2 or 3 days now & they wont dial out. So we go to alltel today to see what is wrong & they say that the activation section on the phone is completely locked, meaning they COULD NOT FIX IT. They said it was a defective phone & that they had someone come in a week earlier with the same exact problem, except their phone worked & then screwed up..

So we are in the process of returning the phones to letstalk.com. Getting a refund & saying screw this company. We are planning on purchasing our phones directly from alltel so we dont get screwed over again!!!

I advise everyone else to do the same!!!
