Did not receive $30 rebate

I shipped the rebate form as well as the container finish with rules as focused along with a backup of my purchase verification to get a new telephone support but didn't get my refund. I've experienced connection with AT&T - Online however they state the didn't obtain it. I hasbeen since September they stated it requires atleast 2 months. Today it's oct 30. These were suppose to deliver the refund promotion card. I've often had difficulty with AT&T as well as their discounts. It requires many telephone calls simply to obtain the proper type. Then all that and nothing.
