No service, no payment, no good

I purchased this warranty in September. Shortly before December 20th I called in a warranty repair on both my washer and dryer. The service company came out on December 20th and diagnosed the problem. I had to pay for two service calls. I was told parts would be ordered and in about 10 days I would have the repairs completed. I heard nothing from CHW or service person. On January 10th I called and found out CHW had reassigned the claims to a different service person. I learned this when I called the 1st service person. I then called CHW and also check the status of my claim online. I then had to personally call the 2nd service person to set up the second diagnosis. This service person stated they had never even heard of CHW and had no info on my claim.By January 20th (a month after the 1st visit) we had our 2nd visit and attempted repair on the dryer. Washer still needed the main control board. The service company tried to repair the dryer, but 3 days later it was not working again. He came out again and tried the same repair and determined that it would need a control board as well. It was to take a week and then he would return with parts for both washer and dryer. 2 weeks later there was no call no return. On February 9th I called CHW. I was told that they would schedule the repairs. Then on the same day CHW called me and said that they would send me a check for $215 for the dryer and that the washer would not be covered as the drum (which has absolutely nothing to do with the main control board) was under a 10 year manufactureres warranty. That is absolutely rediculous, as every major manufacturer in the USA that has a stainless steel drum warranties it for 10 years. So, in effect, CHW claims to warranty washers, but does not really, as a 10 year washer would be worth less than any repair. I receive no communication, have had no repairs made and have received no payment for the dryer. This company collects premiums and doesn't pay squat. They will rip you off!
