Deceptive manual Ripoff

I purchased a Sony Handycam DCR-HC46 based upon the reputation of this company, the features of this camera and the price. One feature I was looking for was the ability to upload video and audio into the camera. The manual is so poorly organized and written as to be quite deceptive. It took three discussions with Sony's Help line to find out that THIS MODEL DOES NOT HAVE THIS FUNCTION! If the technical help has problems understanding the manual, where does that leave the average consumer! Sony needs to rewrite this manual ASAP.

Although the camera still has useful features I am left with a bad experience with Sony. When I am in the market for another consumer electronic product, Sony will be last on the list if at all!
