Owner not taking responsibility of dihwasher draw not installed propertly

I named on 10-20-08 talked to Rich (among the homeowners) and informed him I had been annoyed that I own two Fisher/Paykel dish drawers. I had been among the initial homeowners, among the first individuals to own the drawers. The cost was very costly. They're today 50% of what I settled. The issue I'd was the leading meal cabinet usually had a pleasant quantity of water left inside it. Gerhards said it was normal. Evey time I'd to personally drain the cabinet. Nowadays, I'd to displace a component. Not terrible, the drawers are eight yrs old. I had been informed with a employee from Hurry Equipment, who set the cabinet, and changing a component, the drawers weren't installed correctly. He explained I'd require a plumber. The underside drawer was draining in to the top-drawer. How gross was that? I'd dirty plate water being emptied in to the top-drawer. How unclean is the fact that? Once the top drawer wasn't functioning I had been just utilizing the bottom cabinet. I really couldnot realize why after I applied underneath drawer there is lots of filthy water within the top-drawer. I'd to utilize a mug and vacant the water out everytime I applied underneath cabinet. This is exactly why I usually had water left within the top-drawer. I named Gerhards using the employee in my own house. The dog owner, Rich was quit frustrated with me. He explained, "Woman your contacting me about drawers which were mounted 9 years back. We sub-contract the job out to plumbers. The man is most likely useless right now." I had been shocked at his reaction. He explained, " woman I've clients which are waiting." I stated, " pardon me, but I'm a person that has purchased not just two meal drawers but I bought a machine along with a dryer also." In the place of worrying that perhaps somebody mounted the drawers incorrect an he was more worried about getting me to get a support phone. I've not a problem spending money on something phone but, he wasn't thinking about actually helping me. I stated, " imagine if these were mounted incorrectly, subsequently have you been likely to look after me?" He essentially stated, " number." Well, I'd never get into that shop again. With customer support like this! That is horrible. I'll walk out my method to allow everyone understand how I had been handled. Therefore, watch out for likely to Gerhards. The client service is terrible. And futhermore, he's among the homeowners
