Replacement of the Drawers mechanisms in two 6-drawer chests

The roll mechanism for the drawers are faulty on all 12 drawers. Did not notice when bought because I paid them to deliver and installat home about 2 yrs ago. I am moving and just now I noticed that the part on the back that is supposed to hold the center rolloing device in its place is not there in all 12 drawers. I paid for 5-yr insurance but it doesn't want to cover it because they say it is a manufacturer problem and the store said that the 1 yr warranty is over and they cannot do anything. Now I have 2 6-drawer chests from their Raven collection that are less than 2 yrs old and will have to throw away.
