Hsbc / bfc Insurance Of Nevada Claim denied because i moved

I am having troubled getting my claim to be approved. They just denied me because it has taken them over 7 months to process this claim and i have since moved back home to iowa from arizona, and now the say i am not covered cause i moved please some one help me or give me info i need to do something.
