Taking it in the Arse, NOT!

July I was injured on my job and haven't been able to return to work since. I was recieving Workman Comp up until may. At this time I quit receiving any kind of payment. At this time I turned in a claim to Account secure plus. Low and behold HSBC denied my claim because I didn't turn in the claim within 120 days of my accident.in my oppionion my hardship started when I quit receiving workmans comp and not when I was injured.
I have called the insurance commisioner in my state of Nebraska and plann on filing a grievance with them. Hopefully they canstraighten this mess out. Looks like BFC. Of Nevada whitch is owned by HSBC have been ripping alot of people off.
They need to be shut down. If the insurance commision can't solve the problem I will be contacting the Attorney
