Zenith Projection TV Repeatedly Failing After Recall Repair

In l994 Purchased a Zenith projection t.V. From Sears Towneast Mall. Received a recall letter stating t.V. A fire hazard. Should contact store repair to fix it.
After the part was supposedly fixed the t.V. Went out. The convergence adjustment causes shadows and then the picture simply doesn't exist. 3 times Sears has sent a repairman out and has charge over $300 each time. I have paid over $1000 and the t.V. Is still not fixed.
Yesterday, I called Sears. The repair person came here, did not address whether the replaced parts which were to be under a years warranty were bad. He stated it would cost $1,200 to fix the T.V. I just can't imagine that. 3 new color boards or parts were replaced and under warranty.
Sears wants to charge $80 for the service call. I am still paying for a t.V. Which I feel is a lemon. Where do I get help with this. I don't even know where to start. The $1000 plus $1200 would be $2200 to get the t.V. Repaired. What can be done? I am not paying all that money for repairs and I resent their indifference.
