Dell has reneged on a contract and stolen my money

In August I ordered a laptop from Dell. The package was agreed upon by the sales person and myself.included in the order were seven software programs. The entire package and its content were iterated three times between the sales department and myself.

The unit was delivered and lo and behold, no software. Seventeen contacts, six hours on the phone and numerous e-mails were all met with no solution, no compromise no nothing.

Letters to Mr. Michael Dell, CEO and Mr. Lawrence Tu, General Counsil have been handled the same way, nothing. These crooks must be made to comply with valid contracts that they accept. They are condescendin louts, thievs and charlatans.
