Failure to deliver no communication

We ordered a phone and paid approx $70.00. Never received phone, finally received notice that it was backorderd. Still have not received phone.

Have asked for refund, still have not received refund.

Can not communicate by phone, answering machine states they are inundated with orders, please communicate by e-mail. Have sent several e-mails, still have not received phone, credit or response!

I was actually referred to this company by an employee in a Cingular store to get my by until I received an upgrade. All I want is my money refunded. Strongly discourage anyone from doing business with this company.
