Ripoff Failed to refund after two weeks notice

On September 15, I placed an ad with Ablewise via internet. This ad cost $129.00 for one (1) year. Two weeks later, on September 26, I e-mailed Ablewise to cancel my ad and issue me a refund.

I received no reply. After constant e-mails to Ablewise to cancel and refund. Finally, I contacted Pay Pay. Pay Pal was very amendable to a refund, however, 45 days had elapsed and Pay Pal was unable to refund.

In January. I received a reply from Ablewise stating they could not find my ad. However, if I could supply them with an number they would be willing to refund and cancel. I supplied them with an ad number.

Ablewise replied stating they could not refund but would be willing to extend. Well, if I wanted to cancel why would I want to extend. Or I could turn my ad space over to a friend. I wouldn't recommend Ablewise to my friends.

I tried earnestly to communicate to Ablewise two (2) weeks after posting back in September I would like to be refunded in full. The fact that Ablewise did not respond to my request in a timely manner eliminated my option of being refunded by Pay Pal. Pay Pal has a refund period of 45 days. I have requested numerous times for Ablewise to refund me. However, I received no response. The response I am getting now, four (4) months later, is not acceptable.
