Mis led me on intial contact. When I went to check account online after closing someone elses name appeared when I typed in my passcodes

Earlier this year I saw an add on television about Blue Hippo and their computers. I had seen the ad alot on tv, and assumed that it was for real. I needed a lapttop for college. I am a 31 single mother of three so money is extremly tight. I called and everything sounded good. The person told me that after my first intail payment of124.00, my computer would be ordered and shipped to my specifications. I shortly found out that this was not true and by the time I caught it they had already taken the money out of account. All of my contractys had not been signed or sent in. How can they take my money? I was furious, so I called and cancelled the aggreement and was told that my money could only be used to purchase products from their online store and I could not get my moneyback any o9ther way. I let it sit for a few months and went online to see if they had anything that I would be interested in. When I pu in all of my passcodes another womans name popped up. I am so scxared that they are going to wipe my account anyday now what am i going to do? How can I handle this?
